We don't normally leave her halter on when she is harnessed, but since this was a borrowed harness, we wanted the extra control while we adjusted it. This photo was taken at the Buffalo Rodeo Grounds, in Buffalo, MN during the Whips and Wheels Carriage Club Fun Day.
